John Fischbeck

A native of Orange County, Calif., John has always been passionate about beachfront real estate and sportfishing - that, and his family's long tradition of building in Southern California, was the fuel behind creating the premier luxury real estate development company Tresor.

Today, creating properties that will leave a legacy in functionality and enjoyment is remarkably evident as he serves as President at Tresor Properties. Responsible for all aspects of the companies' syndication and financing operations, John has been instrumental in establishing the companies extraordinary portfolio of distinctive properties, such as the historic Laguna Beach home of California impressionist painter William Wendt, and bringing together Tresor's distinguished team of investors who lend their capital and industry experience to every project.

John's lifelong professional experiences have given him a sophisticated understanding of the three pillars - investment, construction and brokerage - that define the Tresor group of companies. A licensed broker for the past eight years, John has closed more than 250 residential transactions throughout his career. As founder of Fischbeck Reality in Phoenix, Ariz., John's team was consistently ranked in the top one percent of sales agent and multi-million dollar producer before returning to Orange County in 2007 to establish Tresor Properties.

Along with his achievements as a broker, John has an extensive track record in successful real estate syndication. As a senior manager in the consulting practice of Arthur Andersen, John developed knowledge and expertise in real estate investment trusts and funds that has proven instrumental in providing Tresor the needed capital to fuel expansion and support development.

John holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Humboldt State University and lives in Ladera Ranch, Calif., with his wife Kelli, and four children.
