Ken Fischbeck

For more than 30 years, real estate construction veteran Ken Fischbeck has been turning raw land into desirable master planned communities, custom homes, and public works projects. Across Southern California, from San Diego to Ventura County, the array of high-potential construction projects that Ken has led is the foundation upon which Tresor Properties was established in 2007.

At Tresor, Ken has taken his experience and expertise to new heights. He oversees all aspects of construction and development for the companies' luxurious and historically significant lifestyle communities. Ken is regarded as an expert in all aspects of construction, including building standards, estimating, project management, contract administration and trade practices in the commercial, industrial and residential fields. He frequently serves as an expert witness for construction litigation cases.

A General Contractor for most of his professional life, Ken has led the helm at several successful construction corporations. Among the most noteworthy of these is Tresor Construction (formerly Laguna Crest Enterprise), a development and construction company that restores and builds historical and custom luxury homes in coastal communities throughout Orange County. Ken also founded and led a 125-employee public works company, where he oversaw the building of numerous schools, railroad stations, missile testing sites, and other government projects. He also performed as the Chief Financial Officer of Redhill Development Corporation, where his responsibilities included property acquisition, constructions, and sales.

Ken holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and finance from California State University, Long Beach, and is a licensed general contractor and real estate broker in the state of California.
