Natalie Heimstra

Natalie was born and raised in Orange County, California and holds a Bachelor of Science in Design in Housing and Urban Development from the College of Design at Arizona State University. She graduated in December 2008 and joined the Tresor team in January 2009. Natalie has had a lifelong passion for real estate development and held Internships and jobs throughout college in the fields of commercial and residential real estate development, construction, sales, and marketing.

For over two years, Ms. Heimstra has been involved in the development, construction and marketing of the company’s projects developing and designing the corporate and property websites and company collateral, then later as a LEED for Homes project documentation manager for the first LEED for Homes Platinum certified project on the California coastline. This diversification includes marketing and coordination skills for high-end single-family residential projects and project management and coordination skills for the LEED for Homes submittal process.
Her marketing experience includes designing and maintaining a strong corporate identity in web and print material, social media marketing and verbal communication.

In addition to those marketing capabilities, Ms. Heimstra also has extensive experience in the LEED for Homes planning, building and submittal processes. In May 2010, Tresor Properties’ project at 990 Ocean Front in Laguna Beach received Platinum certification from the United States Green Building Council- the highest designation available. Ms. Heimstra was responsible for the coordination and production of the LEED for Homes project notebook- the material required for the project submittal. The 250 page book was submitted to the USGBC in March 2010. Ms. Heimstra displayed excellent teamwork with the LEED AP (Accredited Professional) who delegated the work to Ms. Heimstra to build the notebook. Tresor Properties is in pursuit of its second LEED for Homes project, on track for Platinum certification.

Natalie currently resides in Costa Mesa, CA.
